Depending on the project, we may offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our consultants keep detailed logs of the time they spend on each project. We only work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for any expenses incurred. Our policy is to contact you and discuss any unexpected expenses before proceeding. Depending on the work to be performed and any planned expenses, an upfront deposit may be required. For one shot projects, we bill at 25%, 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% complete. For ongoing services, we bill monthly at the beginning of the month.
